Stall Holder Application

The Frampton Festival will open at 2pm and finish at 10pm. You may set up your stall from 10am on the morning of the festival. One parking space only will be allocated to the rear of the each plot. All other vehicles must be removed from Centenary Field by 12 noon on the day; there is no vehicle access in the public area during the festival. Vehicle access to the field will not be permitted for dismantling stalls until the festival has ended. You must display a festival vehicle pass, in order to drive along Mill Lane, to be granted access to your allocated plot. This will be issued when payment has been received.

The stall holder must provide all equipment required to run the stall; this includes gazebo, chairs and tables. If you are using a generator please ensure that this has been safety tested and is fit for purpose.

It is Frampton Festival policy not to have duplicate stalls. Applications are put forward to the committee for consideration. Stalls must not be sub let and if there is any change to you requested stall you must inform the committee immediately. Failure to do so will result in the stall holder being asked to leave the festival.

The stall holder should have appropriate insurance cover and risk assess their stall.

Frampton Festival Committee have the right to refuse stall applications.

Payment of £35 per plot must be received by 1st May 2018 and is non-refundable, once your application is approved you will be contacted on how to make this payment.
